* The customer must confirm the delivery address within 2 days of ordering the factory. This addresswill be the reference for all Export Documents.* Please note that some countries require an Import Permit or other documents. It's a customerobligation to provide the required Import Permit. As an example :A Customers from Canada are required to provide an Import Permit.B. Customers from the UK are required to provide PEACH (Procedure for ElectronicsRequest for Certificate) from the Government Horticultural Marketing InspectorateGreat Britain.C. Customers from USA must provide import license to purchase more than 12 plants.** We have to process the Export permit application from the Indonesian Government prior to shipment. Thatit usually takes 7-10 working days.
