    The information I received is that this is an East Lake Marine alternator - ELM Products Compatible with Indmar, PCM, Crusader, Delco Style 7-SI Alternator 12V 70 Amp.  It certainly resembles it, but there is no plate on the alternator indicating that it is in fact this alternator.  It is like new and unused.  Deep discount for the uncertainty.
