VERY GOOD OVERALL CONDITION, ROOF HAS BEEN REPAINTED YEARS AGO ALONG WITH SOME TOUCH-UP TO BODY AND REWIRED LIGHTS. ALL WINDOWS ARE FINE, ROOF LATCHES WORK FINE, WHEELS, TRUCKS AND COUPLERS ARE FINE, SPRING LOADED DOORS WORK FINE. SHOWS SOME NORMAL USE - PLAY - STORAGE - DISPLAY WEAR FOR BEING 95 YEARS OLD BUT IN NO WAY ABUSED - VERY WELL CARED FOR, NOTHING I WOULD CONSIDER MAJOR ON THIS HARD TO FIND 95 YEAR OLD TIN LITHO PULLMAN, ALL PARTS ARE GENUINE EXCEPT WIRING FOR LIGHTS, MAY NEED A VERY GENTLE CLEANING WHICH WE ALWAYS LEAVE UP TO THE FINAL OWNER.
