• CPU: We refurbish all the CPUs with state-of-the-art laser cleaning and top-quality silver compounds to reseal, other companies won't even bother with resealing the CPU which will cause overheating in a long term.
• Chargers: We only use the OEM chargers with the right specs to supply just the right amount of power to the laptop, other companies will include generic Chinese knockoff chargers with random specs, which will create problems such as unresponsive touchpads and shuttering screens.
• Batteries: We will be using OEM Batteries if they are not available, we will include a quality replacement that will equal or exceed the OEM specs as well as a 1-year manufacturer warranty, other companies will include Chinese knockoffs which won't last more than few months. w/o any warranty.
• Warranty: We include a 1-year warranty with all our laptops, which is an extension to the manufacturer warranty with the same terms and conditions, most of the other companies won't give any type of warranties, even if they do, it will be short-term in-house warranties which are unreliable and can't match the manufacturer terms.
• Software: We are a certified Microsoft company and only use the genuine and full version software directly from Microsoft, if you are getting a ©Microsoft Word with your purchase, it will be a genuine and full version copy, other companies will include software with trial versions and not guaranteed to last for a lifetime.

Q: What Operating System Comes with this Laptop?
A: This Computer includes Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit operating system.
Q: Does this include a restore disk?
A: No, This unit does not come with a cd drive however, we include a restore partition on the included hard drive. This will allow you to bring your computer's software back to its original condition.
Q: Is the Softwares included legitimate? Will I have problems activating it?
A: We are 1 of 27 Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers in the country. Each computer we sell comes with a legitimate license and will have zero issues activating. When buying from us, you'll have the best experience with your Operating System. Nonlegal versions (most other sellers on eBay) will be prone to viruses and spyware since they will not receive Microsoft security updates.
Q: Is this computer wireless ready?
A: If it's a laptop, yes. All laptops include an internal Wi-Fi adapter. If it's a desktop, you'll need to check the detailed specs above. Most of our computers that include a Windows 10 Professional operating system will include Wi-Fi. We assume most people using these at home will need Wi-Fi. We assume people buying them for business may not. You can add a Wi-Fi adapter to any computer we offer. You can either contact us or add it directly from our eBay store.
