LAPTOP WAS TESTED FOR KEY FUNCTIONS AND THEN RUN THROUGH A STRESS TEST...PASSED ALL TESTS.  HARD DRIVE WAS TESTED AND SCANNED FOR BAD SECTORS, THEN SANITIZED USING A NIST 800-88 APPROVED 3 PASS WIPING METHOD.
