Shipping
Many of our items are FREE SHIPPING. All other shipping rates will be calculated based on actual shipping costs., Thus, they will vary depending on the shipping location. All shipping rates are calculated based on the cost of both the shipping and handling required to send your item.
Once you have placed your order by purchasing an item, it generally takes up to 1 business day to process your transaction and get your product on its way to you.
Most orders placed before noon Eastern Time M-F (excluding holidays) will be PROCESSED the same day.
Before purchasing our parts or item(s), please make sure that either (1) your PayPal account has a confirmed physical address, or (2) you personally supply us with a sufficient physical shipping address.  We will only ship to North American addresses (excluding HI & PR).
Special Shipping notes for Gray Products:
Gray products may ship directly from the manufacturer via a method of their own discretion.  We will always provide a tracking number regardless of where the product ships from.
Gray items will ship via truck freight and
may
require an additional 2-3 days handling time due to the nature of the LTL industry.  For items shipped truck freight "free shipping" includes commercial delivery to a facility with a forklift or other means to receive the item from a trailer.  Residential delivery or delivery to an address without a forklift may require a charge for liftgate service.  These charges are additional and you will be contacted prior to shipping if the freight company is requiring these charges.  You will then have the option of paying the charges prior to shipping or change the shipping address to a commercial facility.
