We provide phytosanitary certificate to meet legal regulation of international plants shipment. We will give it free. We will ship 4-5 working days after received order. Because we need to apply phytosanitary certificate and export permit.
Plant size:
Shipping: We will use DHL Express. This is fastest shipping we can afford. Usually to United States takes 5-6 days. Other is 8-10 days. We can combine shipping.
Packing: we use Styrofoam box. root will cover with small quantity of sphagnum moss. If you have other request for packing, please contact us.
Guaranty: we guarantee all dead plant and heavy damage with no chance of survive. We don’t guarantee for minor damage like dead leaves.
Important: We don’t take any responsible if your package is held by custom. Please make sure you have import permit if it is required by your customs regulation. So far we can ship with no problem in US, France, United Kingdom or Italy. But sometimes we can’t pass custom in Australia (75% sucess). And we can’t ship to South Korea. Please understand this condition.
