You are looking at a Browning UHF Pretuned Wideband NMO mount antenna.   The part number is listed above.  This is a  a new antenna that has never been used.  This has not been tested but is believed to be in working order. This will provide 2.4dBd gain over the HAM, commercial, and public safety UHF frequencies if used with a ground plane, unity without a ground plane.  This antenna does a nice job of covering the federal frequencies at the lower end of the UHF band.
THIS IS THE PERFECT ANTENNA FOR THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEER THAT NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO USE HAM FREQUENCIES AND PUBLIC SAFETY FREQUENCIES ON THE SAME RADIO.
The antenna stands 10 7/8 inches tall and the base diameter is 1 3/8 inches.
