  • Condition: BRAND NEW with Hanging paper tags! These are definitely VINTAGE, I even found a date on the inside pocket that says, Jan 1949, making these jeans 72 years old! WOW! Otherwise, as they have not been worn, or washed, they are in perfect mint condition. The cotton denim is very thick and stiff, as you would expect, but I suppose with wearing and washing they would soften up. Please check my photos for more details. Also, last of all here... I did notice they were hemmed on the bottom, but will provide measurements in my description section.

    All I can start with is WOW!!! These are definitely a RARE Treasure! I found a date stamp inside on the pocket which reads Jan 1949, making these jeans 72 years old, and they are still BRAND NEW with TAGS! And as the tags are still on them, they are Brand New, never been worn, and never been washed.  The size says 10, but please remember this is the size 10 from the 40's, 72 years ago, in which everyone was skinny. So, in my opinion, you need to ignore that size 10, and check the measurements I will be providing to know if they will fit you.  And in my experience, and expertise, these are more like a size 0, or 2. Yes, very tiny!! The measurements are as follows - waist 12 inches ( flat, across the front ) hips 19 inches ( flat, across the front ) rise 13 inches, thighs ( at the top ) 11 inches ( flat, across the front ), inseam 24 inches, length 37 inches, ankles 8 inches. Other details include -- 2 front & back pockets, left side zipper, with belt loops, and orange contrast stitching.
    As mentioned here, these are Brand New with tags, and never been worn or washed. However if I am being as picky as possible I do see some scratches / discoloration on the brass rivets on the edges of the pockets. Otherwise, I do not see any rips, stains, holes, loose threads, etc....
    Oh and last of all here... I am sorry, my manniquin does not do these jeans justice!!! If you have the perfect cute little figure to fit in them, they would look amazing... as it accentuates the small waist / mid section.  Nope, there is no way you can have a muffin top in these!!!
