I only accept returns on beauty items that are unopened (if originally sealed), unused, untested items in their original packaging (if provided) and condition.  Please make sure that you are ordering the right size, shade, color, etc. prior to purchasing.  If you have any questions, please contact me before you buy the product.  Please understand that a lot of the items I sell lose their entire value when they are used or tested and cannot be resold.  I  will deduct the actual shipping cost from any issued refund if this is the case.
