    Original American Flyer from 1956. Close to perfect, all original & fully intact, no rust. Patina & lettering very nice and bright. Cleaned and ready to go.  Overall looks close to new. Very hard to find in this top condition.  High collector quality. Reduced shipping cost for multiple items. Outside continental US, buyer pays actual postage.
    This is the highly desirable American Flyer 23796 Operating Saw Mill in close to new condition. It is probably one of the most desirable of all of the great American Flyer accessories. This one was well taken care of and looks very close to brand new. These do turn up occasionally, but they are usually missing parts, broken, untested, not guaranteed, and/or have repro parts. This one is all original and they don't come any nicer. The patina is exceptional. We didn't find any marks or damage other than a few very thin marks on the bottom edge in the back.  We did test it and it works well. Other than the test, it probably wasn't used used much.  It comes complete with the original roofs, wood planks, man, correct button, hook piece, sawdust pile, and half log. All are completely original and everything looks close to new.  The metal motor and operating parts are exceptionally clean.  It also comes with a copy of the instruction sheet. It is very rare to find one in this top condition and all complete and original, etc. A nice addition to any collection. Please see photos to confirm condition.
