American Flyer Mystic Station – VERY Nice – MUST SEE! Great repaint!. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Yes, this is a restoration so it’s not for the purist.
Sure does look nice, though.

Everything , save for the roof, has been stripped down to bare metal and painstakingly repainted.
All of the rust was buffed out prior to painting.
The windows are repros.
Although not print-perfect like others that can be purchased, they have been custom designed for each opening, hand painted so that the lines show up more clearly when lighted, and are frosted so that the interior has a warm glow.
The roof was in good condition with just a couple of minor scratches.
I can’t re-create that original texture which I really like so it has a light coat of new paint; I think it hides imperfections nicely.
The “American Flyer mfd. by the A.C. Gilbert” label is a repro but very true to the original and has a coat of clear lacquer over it for longevity.
Comes with a little more than 2’ of new wire,a new rubber grommet and working bulb. I know I’m biased but you won’t find an original that looks nicer.
