    New is new.  Never out of the box until we took it out for photos.  It was still wrapped up as it came from the factory.  Impossible to find now: 64 years later.  Extremely rare in this condition.  Doubt if another one like this will ever be offered.  We don't use the term "mint' lightly, but this one is mint.
    Original American Flyer from 1957. Part of recently discovered store stock. Brand new condition. All original. Fully intact. No rust. Patina & lettering is very sharp. Cleaned and ready to go. Looks brand new. Very, very hard to find in this brand new condition. Top collector condition. Reduced shipping cost for multiple items. Outside continental US, buyer pays actual postage.
    This is the highly desirable American Flyer 23796 Operating Sawmill in brand new condition. It is probably one of the most desirable of all of the great American Flyer accessories. This one comes from the brand new store stock and looks brand new. These do turn up occasionally, but they are usually missing parts, broken, untested, not guaranteed and/or have repro parts. This one is all original and they don't come any nicer. The patina is exceptional and the original wiring is still wrapped up as it came from the factory. It comes complete with the original box, all 3 inserts [Very hard to find especially the small cart insert] and paper wrapping, roofs, wood planks, man, correct button, hook piece, sawdust pile, half log, wood screws, wiring, original instructions, and original packing envelopes. Everything from the factory.  All are completely original and everything looks new. The original box is brick-like and is probably a 9 plus on a 1-10 scale. It has all flaps and no writing on it. The label is perfect and complete. The inserts are close to a 10. It is very rare to find one in this top condition with all wrappings, etc. A very nice addition to any collection.
