All Natural Swedish Pine Tar Soap Soap

Description

This is an soothing and moisturizing soap for dry, sensitive, or inflamed skin made with 20% Swedish pine tar. Pine tar provides antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflmmatory properties and has long been used to treat a wide variety of skin conditions.
This is a cold process soap made from high-quality natural organic oils (fair trade where possible). All of our soaps are hand made in small batches to ensure quality. Cold process soaps are significantly better for your skin than their commercial counterparts. They retain the glycerin that is a natural byproduct of the soap-making process (most commercial soap makers sell the glycerin to cosmetic firms); the lather that contacts your skin is made from ingredients that are healthy for your skin; and the lather that washes down your drain is not damaging to the environment. The end result is a skin pampering, rich-lathering, luxurious bathing experience.

Ingredients:
Olive Oil - produces a mild soap with a creamy lather
Swedish Pine Tar - pine tar provides antiseptic, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties
Castor Oil - an excellent skin conditioner that produces a creamy lather
Palm Kernel Oil - a good skin conditioner; produces a hard bar of soap with a moderate lather
Coconut Oil - provides excellent cleaning properties and plenty of bubbly lather; because it is an excellent cleaning agent, too much can strip the skin of natural oils
Canola Oil - an excellent skin conditioner with properties similar to Olive Oil
