Description:
If you'd like to upgrade your armored protection with some of our optional plates, you've come to the right place.  As our customers request
additional
plates, we'll continue to add them here.  Quantity 1 means you'll get ONE plate.  At present the options include:
Isosceles Trapezoid
We use these for side plate, hip plats, tassets, and butt plates.  What are those your ask?
Side plate - Our armoring system is modular and used these side plates to connect the breastplate to the backplate.
Hip Plates are intended to hang from the side plates.
Tassets are used for coverage below a breastplate but below the legs
.
Butt plates are used for coverage below a back plates.  Good vs wrap shots.
What size do I need?
Here are the dimensions
Small trapezoid - 8 5/8 wide at top and 7" at bottom - 7 5/8" tall
Medium trapezoid - 9 1/4" wide at top and 7 1/2" at bottom - 8 5/8" tall
Large trapezoid - 10" wide at tops and 8" at bottom - 9 1/2" tall
Generally we use small plates for XS & SM body armor, medium plates for M & L, and Large for XL & XXL.
Make a purchase from this listing and we'll apply your shipping charge for the service of mounting the plates onto an existing armor order.  If you do not order armor from us we'll just ship you plates along with some paracord so that you can lace them it on yourself.

Handling time:
We generally ship in just a few days, but we also attend a large event called The Pennsic War that takes us away from the workshop for several weeks every July/August. We continue to accept orders while we are gone and will send orders out within a few days of returning home. Watch for the away message and note the handling time. Please let us know if you are in urgent need by a specific date and we'll do our very best to accommodate your schedule.
We are happy to ship internationally and insurance is included in this rate.
Custom works happily considered for belts, shields or body armor.
