* Plants are carefully sanitized and then covered with plastic with sterilized moist moss. Rolled plantson paper to provide protection for the leaves. We use styrofoam boxes or cardboard boxes assecondary packaging.* We will provide the eBay System tracking number.* Customer understands, the delivery duration depends on your Custom Clearance process. Indelay period, Customers must contact the local DHL / EMS contact center / call center.* We ship plants with a Phytosanitary Certificate at every shipment, which shows that the plant has passed the quarantine inspection and meets the requirements of the customer's country.* In circumstances where the customer prefers a refund over a factory, plant replacementup to 40% administration and handling fee. Refund only applies to factory, shipping costs(see DHL receipt as basis) 50% refundable.
