oin to be graded by NGC prior to the long-awaited T-2 to make its appearance.  Coin is housed in the medical-grade plastic holder with label of Mercanti/Reagan and has the signature of John Mercanti.  It’s a very cool, highly-pedigreed piece that has been Quality ✔️  to ensure there are no imperfections.
