Perfect MS 70 silver Eagle hand signed by the 12th Chief Engraver of the United States Mint. This coin was struck at the Philadelphia Mint . There is no mint mark but since it came from a sealed box it can be determined that it is an "Emergency Production" silver Eagle. The pandemic forced the West Point and San Francisco Mints to shut down for a period of time. Since West Point is the primary mint striking silver Eagles production was shifted to Philadelphia for a period of time. This resulted in a very low mintage for these 2020 P mint Eagles. shipping.
